Minor update adding util/io functions
- Added binary_to_random_ternary to utils.py: creates a random ternary alloy structure of a given composition in VASP/LAMMPS format
- Added convert_lmp_dump_to_data to io.py: creates a LAMMPS data file from a dump file with a single timestep
