Moves the reified five-way comparison (
eq/ge/gt/le/lt) out ofNumeralintoCore.Scale.Comparison, the shared degree-comparison primitive behind numerals, measure phrases, and gradable comparatives.Comparison.interval/overbottom out in mathlib's order-interval + preimage API, andmem_interval/mem_over/boundary_memare@[simp]so downstream proofs reduce intoSet.mem_Ici& friends rather than a bespoke lemma set.Numeral.Entrynow carries aCore.Scale.Comparison.Also softens the Class A/B docstring (Nouwen 2010's strict/non-strict split is descriptive; the ignorance-implicature correlation is contested per Schwarz–Buccola–Hamilton 2012 and Cremers et al. 2022, granularity-based per Enguehard 2018) and adds those three references.
