Run 'make' only once regardless of number of files changed.  #17

Per this issue: Guard Executes Shell Scripts Twice

Can there be a built in mechanism that runs a command only once regardless of the number of files identified in the regex?

Currently I have a make command that is run multiple times when "Run All" is issued from Guard. Obviously this is not appropriate for project wide effects, such as make, rsync, tar -c, etc.
