Fixed not working in new sandbox environment by using a helper exe
Automated builds using github CI

Enjoy! This will work on any x64 machine with gamebar enabled. Install by running InstallApp as admin, and it will install a widget to launch Playnite Fulscreen.

THIS WILL WORK. THE OTHER ONE SOMETIMES FAILS BUT THIS ONE USES A HELPER EXE, I FIX THINGS FOR FUN
