This PR modifies the GitHub Actions workflow to make Docker Hub login failures non-blocking by adding continue-on-error: true to all Docker Hub login steps. This allows the build process to proceed even when Docker Hub authentication fails, which is useful for scenarios where Docker Hub credentials are not available or when rate limits are encountered.
