Regex for 4 digit codes also catches phone numbers

The regex to capture 4-digit codes will also catch phone numbers. This is because \b[0-9]{4}\b will match 4567 in 123-4567, 555-123-4567, and +55-555-123-4567, all of which are common ways to display phone numbers in much of our world.

If you need help, I can provide a regex that won't match this false positive.
