Adds
AGENTS.md— the standard configuration file for AI coding agents (supported by GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and others). The file gives agents the project context they need to work correctly withouthand-holding: exact commands, coding conventions, and explicit boundaries around what they should always do, ask about, or never do.
