Mod Update / Changelog Fetches wrong URL for GitHub source

For mod_version.ini, mod_files.ini, changelog, and mod content itself, incorrectly drops the last section in the path

Mod/repo used in test - 0.4.4:

HMM 7 result:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SeasideRanger/hmm-update/refs/heads/main/miller/Heroes%20Stage%20Pack/mod_version.ini

HMM 8 result:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SeasideRanger/hmm-update/refs/heads/main/miller/mod_version.ini

Heroes%20Stage%20Pack is missing in the sample mod tested, so it fails to update.
