Since we cannot modify kernel arguments when building the OCI image, we have to delay the process until first boot (unless we figure out something more clever). This might not be needed in the future, so we're not going to waste too much time on it right now.
Then ostree container commit won't work. However, this might actually be a sign that this approach is a dead-end.
