Great, @Prebz98. Please review the CONTRIBUTING.md and run the two commands listed there on your Python changes. It would also be good if you could update the example code for both Python and .NET to reflect the changes in this PR. |

Summary
Update the SDKs with an additional field in circuit rating: Id for most limiting component.
Also regenerate the python SDK with a new version of openapi-python-client. (therefore review this commit by commit)
