Changed Defaults:

• CipherMode.ECB as default
• CipherMode2.ECB as default
• KeyHash.Empty as default
• ZipType.None as default
• EncodingType.Base64 as default

Set Pipe works also with empty KeyHash.Empty.
Hash Pipe needs a non empty hash to generate CipherPipe
