When I revisit today, this library is not needed any more to me.

As graphql-js provides its own NoSchemaIntrospectionCustomRule.
If you are using express-graphql, the way to use it is at https://github.com/graphql/express-graphql#disabling-introspection

import { NoSchemaIntrospectionCustomRule } from 'graphql';

app.use(
  '/graphql',
  graphqlHTTP((request) => {
    return {
      schema: MyGraphQLSchema,
      validationRules: [NoSchemaIntrospectionCustomRule],
    };
  }),
);

It has built-in TypeScript.

I will close this issue open as there is a #4 open already if someone still needs TypeScript 😃
