[Idea] Highlight changed symbols under diff

When we open the symbol picker, if we can highlight (in yellow or through an asterisk) the symbols that have changed or been added by the dirty/unstaged changes in the files then that'd be handy.

In that case, one could easily navigate to the newly diff-ed function. This is very handy to keep track of symbols and quickly jump to all the places where we've made changes and need to keep track of.
