Open Beacon and start talking. It already knows your background. It coaches you proactively on career moves based on where you've been and where patterns suggest you could go. It surfaces opportunities you wouldn't have searched for. And it coaches you through interviews in real time, with adaptive follow-up questions based on how you actually answer.
The "wow moment" the product is designed around: the agent tells you something about your own career path that surprises you.

Beacon grew out of a recurring observation across 20+ years of working in developer ecosystems and startup communities: the people who make the best career moves aren't better at job searching — they're better at pattern recognition about their own trajectory. Beacon is an attempt to make that kind of thinking accessible to everyone, through a genuinely conversational AI interface.
