Failure
Fix modem validation by re-applying modem image post-FOTA Modem validation (shutdown and reinit in bootloader mode) often fails. Resolve this by re-applying the modem image after FOTA completion. Increase watchdog timeout and execution time to allow multiple modem shutdowns and reinitializations. Accommodate the loading time of the modem image, which can be lengthy. Signed-off-by: Simen S. Modem validation (shutdown and reinit in bootloader mode) fails quite often. Fix this by re-applying the modem image again after FOTA has finished.
