Test plan

• Set AWS_PROFILE=engservicessandbox and clone coralogix/opentelemetry-js-contrib sibling at ../opentelemetry-js-contrib (coralogix-autoinstrumentation branch)
• Run AWS_PROFILE=engservicessandbox ci-scripts/publish-sandbox.sh arm64 from repo root
• Confirm LayerVersionArn is printed and layer appears in aws lambda list-layer-versions --layer-name extend-nodejs-wrapper-and-exporter-sandbox-arm64 --region us-east-1
• Wire ARN into a throwaway Lambda and smoke-test CX export
