New OKW and OKH Schema need both Schema versions and a version number field for the OKH and OKW instances

@touchthesun has created new candidate schemata for the OKW. [Edit: There appears to be one for the OKH.] These need to be improved in two ways:

1. The schemas themselves need a "schema version number".
2. The schemas need to define a field in the OKH and OKW to be the version for that particular instance. For example, if RobsDessertKitchen buys a new machine, like a brick oven, then Rob should be able to rev (increment) the version number of the OKW for RobsDessertKitchn.
