I writing this app primarily to help figure out what is causing my excema to be so bad, like sleep, stress, diet, ....
== Overview ==
The idea of this app is to track a person's happiness in correlation with other factors of their mental/physical health.
This will hopefully point more towards what factors have a more weightier impact on their day-to-day happiness. E.g., if the graph of their 'sleep quality' metric matches closer to their happiness graph then the 'work stress' metric, then it's clear where they should be focusing their effort.
The metrics should be configurable, as everyone has different problems in their lives, so example metrics could be:
- Sleep quality - value from 1-10
- Work stress - value from 1-10
- I ate chocolate - a boolean
- Diet cheating - value from 1-10
- Meditated - a boolean
- ...
