Keyboard opens on focus for time picker. Does not Respond to Keyboard Aware View

Describe the bug
On Iphone 12 ios 16, when using mode="time" the keyboard appears when the timepicker is touched. Covering the timepicker and not responding to the keyboard aware view

Expected behavior
Ideally the keyboard should not appear at all and only allow the user to scroll through times.

I don't think I understand this issue. To me it makes perfect sense to be able to both input time by scrolling and using the keyboard. This seems to be the intended behaviour by apple's design.

Works fine with modals too where the keyboard pushes the modal up when appearing:

I will close this issue until someone can show an example of where this is an actual problem.
