Wrap workspace selection at the list edges

Moving up and down in the workspace list stops at the first/last entry, so getting from bottom to top means walking the whole list. I'd like it to wrap, meaning down on the last workspace selects the first, up on the first selects the last. It's a 1 line change in move_selected_workspace_by_visible_delta and had PRed it but I hadn't read the contributing guidelines carefully enough.
