Support Rovo Dev CLI (Atlassian) as a --kind agent in herdr

I use Atlassian's Rovo Dev CLI (acli rovodev) alongside Claude Code, Codex, and other agents in my daily workflow. Herdr doesn't currently recognize it as a known agent — it's not in the supported --kind list for agent start, so panes running Rovo Dev just show up as a plain terminal process instead of getting idle/working/blocked state and the sidebar status rollups the other agents get.

That's the main thing I'd love to see: parity with the other terminal-based coding agents herdr already tracks. Rovo Dev CLI is Atlassian's official terminal agent (similar shape to Codex/Claude Code/Cursor Agent CLI — interactive TUI mode, runs via acli rovodev), and it seems like a natural fit alongside the agents already listed on the supported agents page.

Right now I have to babysit that pane manually while the rest of my sidebar tells me exactly what needs attention, which is exactly the problem herdr solves for everything else.

Would maintainers be open to adding Rovo Dev as a recognized --kind / detected agent? Happy to help test detection against real Rovo Dev CLI sessions if that'''s useful.
