Jcode integration — complete, ready to pull

I built a complete Jcode integration for Herdr and it's ready to be pulled. I attempted to open a PR, but it was auto-closed by kangal-bot because I'm not on .github/APPROVED_CONTRIBUTORS. Opening it here so a maintainer can pick it up if they want it.

What's implemented (branch feat/jcode-integration-rebased, single squashed commit):

• Agent-detection manifest jcode.toml (working/idle rules derived from Jcode's real UI: composer …/>/»/$ markers, braille spinner, three-dot tool bar).
• herdr integration install|uninstall|status jcode — writes herdr-agent-state.sh under ~/.jcode/hooks ($JCODE_HOME) and surgically edits [hooks] session_start in config.toml via toml_edit, preserving user hooks.
• Session-reference resume: herdr:jcode → jcode --resume <id>.
• Docs, API schema, config (cjk_ime_agents, sidebar, per-agent sounds) updates.
• Tests: full lifecycle state-space graph test + shell-integration conformance harness + two-pane-on-one-socket hook test.
