Best way to hand off existing bug fixes?

I maintain herdr-win and have accumulated fixes for ~20 existing upstream issues that I ran into and needed fixed myself.

I've been linking the patches and test builds on the relevant issues in case they're useful. I'm not proposing features or asking upstream to prioritize anything.

These are maintained primarily for my fork, but if upstream is interested in a particular fix, I'm happy to turn it into a focused, thoroughly reviewed and tested upstream-quality change.

The patch queue is getting expensive to keep rebasing, though. Before I squash the fixes into my fork and stop maintaining them as upstreamable patches: is there any useful way to hand these fixes back upstream under the current contribution policy?

If not, no problem. I just want to make sure I'm not maintaining a reviewable upstream delta for no reason.
