[idea] Add New space to the Spaces-area right-click menu

Herdr is mouse-first, but creating a new space is not available from the Spaces area's right-click menu. Right-clicking an existing space only offers actions for that space, while right-clicking the spaces header or blank list area does nothing.

Today I need to move to the small new control at the bottom of the sidebar or use ctrl+b, then shift+n.

When I right-click the spaces header or unused space-list area, show a context menu with a New space action. The existing context menu for individual space rows should remain unchanged.

why you want this

It would make space creation discoverable at the place I naturally right-click when managing spaces, and would give mouse users a larger, easier target without changing the existing button or keyboard shortcut.
