remote theme config

idea / problem

I jump from 0.7.3 to 0.9.1
the theme was setup in remote config in 0.7.3
now the theme is setup in local in 0.9.1

requested change

switch to take theme from remote config file.
only the theme, custom shortcuts taken from local config.

why you want this

I like that behavior, allow me to identify
a machine by theme color.
In 0.9.1 all machine take local theme,
so all machine look same.
