[idea] checkout remote when worktrees branch matches remote branch name

idea / problem

when creating a worktree, if a remote branch exists with the same branch name I want it to checkout instead of creating a new local branch from HEAD

requested change

a bool configuration option worktrees.checkout_remote, that when true would

1. determine remote
2. fetch remote
3. determine if remote branch matches, if matchbase = <remote>/<branch>
4. otherwise, use base = HEAD

why you want this

allows checking out remote branches with a worktree while still grouping the workspace

hey, 0.7.0 is out and it brings the new plugin system: https://herdr.dev/docs/plugins/

this looks like a good candidate for a plugin instead of a built-in herdr feature, so i'm going to close this discussion for now. if you build or find a plugin for this workflow, please share it here so others can use it too.
