Contribution proposal: Grok CLI integration (session restore) + detection manifest fix

The current detection for grok cli is not working with the latest version, and there is no integration.

Fix the detection and add the integration for session management.

why you want this

With these fixes, grok cli works pretty darn good inside herdr!
Also I already got my grok to fix the manifest and create the integration, and I've been rocking it for more than a week, and has been working very well! Love herdr!

I also implemented and tested a session-only Grok integration on my fork (mirror Claude: SessionStart hook → pane.report_agent_session; restore with grok --resume <id>; state stays screen-manifest).

End-to-end on Linux: install → session id reported → server restart → pane argv was ["grok", "--resume", "<id>"].
