mysql rejected the null item_id

Hi,
Supreeth and guys in the community,

As I launched the apiService.py to insert a new APN to mysql, it prompted that the item_id field was null as follows.
Mysql failed at the phase of operation_log insertion.
At the same time, the new APN can be successfully inserted in to the table "apn".
But the error message was annoying.
Is it possible to sort it out ?

Have figured out the reason causing this error.
The fix has been presented to the official Pyhss repo.

Thanks!! By any chance you were using latest commits of pyhss? Because i dont see this error when I try to add SIM details
