Hero Frequencies Controller 1.0.0.1

Fixes mintserver DNA RLU analysis on Windows.

Fix

  • Ship 64-bit sqlite3-x64.dll for mintserver (RLU / genome.db queries)
  • Keep 32-bit sqlite3.dll for Preset Manager
  • Updated mintserver loads sqlite3-x64.dll explicitly

Install

Run the setup as administrator, then restart the HeroMintServer service if upgrading in place.
