This PR extends profanity filtering capabilities by adding threshold configuration options for team descriptions, challenge names, and challenge descriptions, complementing the existing team name filtering.
Changes:
- Added three new profanity filter configuration functions with threshold clamping between 0.0 and 1.0
- Each function follows the existing pattern for team name filtering
- All filters default to not filtering when not configured
