Load/change the NextJS theme dynamically

I am building a multi tenant app. Each tenant would be able to customize their themes with custom brand colors. I have been informed this is not supported natively in both HeroUI v2 and v3. Can you please buid a native support for this in v3? This is a common requirement for all multi-tenant applications.
