Is tailwind v3 supported? With which version?

Peer dependencies on tailwind-variants allow for tailwind v3 BUT it requires tailwind-merge v3. And tailwind-merge v3 doesn't support tailwind v3 (their docs explicitly say to use v2.6 if you're still on tailwind v3)
So what version of tailwind-variants should I be using if im still on tailwind v3?
Or should I simply force install and ignore this peer requirement on tailwind-merge v3?
