Adjusted manual sync progress UI address text overflow problem on mobile devices.
Refactored and standardized internal data flow of tracking sync progress.
Fixed the bug that, when the UI is previously hidden, confirm the sync using the progress UI will cause the sync to be aborted.
Improved i18n and iconography, removed unused entries.
