Request to lift submission restriction — duplicate issues were unintentional

Hi, I noticed my account has been restricted from submitting recommendations.

I apologize for the multiple submissions. The first issue (#976) was for an
earlier version of my project (Risk Guard), which I later renamed to Bark and
resubmitted (#1117, #1123). I didn't realize repeat submissions would trigger
a ban — I should have updated the original issue instead.

I'd appreciate it if you could lift the restriction so I can submit a proper
recommendation following the template. I'll make sure to only submit once.
