Bug: Users in the rating are not filtered by entered Username

Summary

Users in the rating are not filtered by the entered Username value

Reproduction steps

1. On the home page in the user account, click on Top list link 
2. In the Username search field, enter any value, e.g.  - s

Current version: 6f0737f deployedAt UTC: 2024-11-17 10:06:59

Expected result

Users should be filtered by names beginning with "s "

Actual result

Users are not filtered by names beginning with "s"

Hey @Lena-K-03 , thank you for working on this project.
I think “containing” is fine.
We can add a placeholder in the input such as “Search by name contains…”.
