When you create your own task set, the Visibility drop-down list is not displayed correctly. The text in the list blends in with the background color.

Reproduction steps

1. Log in to the system
2. Select "Tasks" in the menu item
3. Click the "Task Sets" button
4. Click the "Create a new task set" button
5. Select the "Visibility" value

Expected result

The text should not blend in with the background color.

Actual result

In the list, the text blends in with the background color.
