Bug: Save the selected sound "Silent"

Summary

The selected sound setting cannot be saved.

Reproduction steps

1. Log in to the system
2. Go to profile settings https://codebattle.hexlet.io/settings
3. Click on "Silent" in "Select sound type"
4. Click to "Save

Expected result

The radio button marker switches to the selected sound. The melody plays. The "Save" button is active.

Actual result

The "Save" button is inactive, the selected "Silent" option can't be saved.
