Hot Reload is not working

Describe the bug

The hot reload is not working. Every time I change something in the code, I have to go to the website and reload it manually. It used to hot reload itself.

Steps to reproduce

Clone the repo.
Write html code.
Run npx hyperframes preview.
Change the code.

Expected behavior

Everytime you change. the code, it should hot reload.

Actual behavior

It does nothing. Everytime the page should be reloaded manually.
