Thanks for considering a contribution. Coding is welcome, but it is not required. A careful report from a real Windows, macOS, Linux, VPN, campus, work, hotel, proxy, or IPv6 environment can close an important verification gap.
The simulator already covers many controlled failures. What it cannot supply is evidence from networks people actually depend on. Current focused opportunities include:
Comment on an issue that you would like to take or test so others know it is in progress.
Follow the issue's environment, commands, and definition of done.
Post a concise result. Include the Network Doctor version, OS and architecture, broad network type, expected reality, and what Network Doctor reported.
If testing reveals a distinct reproducible defect, open a focused bug rather than expanding the verification issue.
netdoc --support report.ndoc <target> creates a sanitized local snapshot, but it is not uploaded and it is not a guarantee. Review it before sharing. Remove internal hostnames and domains, addresses, usernames, interface and VPN names, Wi-Fi names, proxy URLs, organization details, credentials, tokens, and anything else that should not be public.
If you have access to an environment listed above, even one careful verification pass is a meaningful contribution.

A correct result is useful evidence. Please comment even if you can only perform the verification and cannot implement a fix.
