What's Changed

  • MRSegmentator v1.0.0 can sometimes mix left & right classes. Therefore, I retrained the model using the nnUNetTrainerNoMirroring trainer. This largely resolves the problem.
  • --> MRSegmentator v1.1.0 is better in distinguishing left & right classes
