Emotes in the chat

• Needs additional message types both ways in the socket.
• Needs support for displaying emotes on the frontend.
  • Messages needs to be "tagged" with their ID in the frontend. (Requires #36)
• Needs storage in the database
  • Either a separate table or a dictionary [reaction by: reaction] in the messages table
