[Feature Request] TLS Hardening and Secure Headers apply to all

Hello, thank you for your excellent work.
I would like to suggest a slight modification to make the work easier.
We started using Pangolin and we don't like that it doesn't have HSTS and optimally configured TLS. So I came across Middleware Manager, we like it a lot, and so we started using it. We currently have over 100 resources, so clicking through them one by one is quite tedious. So I suggest adding an "Apply to all" button in Security - TLS Hardening and Security - Secure Headers, and a second button to apply to all future resources.

@sparkycz1 thanks for your suggestion. i have tried this. sometimes its creates unusual behavior in traefik because we use http merge api, when you pump in mass changes to huge number of resources. we have an internal system what we use if you want i can give an easier way. ping me on discord.
