…Also enabling batch inserting. These changes will make debugging against a remote db faster. Also refactoring the tests.

First commit is a refactoring of the test cases. Makes sense either way imo.
The second commit switches to the jTDS driver. When running the timeout tests from my local machine it seems to work. But it might introduce other test failures. We also need to check whether we actually use this driver.
