Deployment Ops: CORS issues on Lambdas

Periodically, the site completely fails to load assets due to a CORS config issue with the lambdas. Not sure if this is due to operational tinkering but it's happened a lot. The site is currently not loading for me.

I see in the dev chat it's the data provider being down underneath this. The lambda could still be returning a valid response anyway though.
