"Electrification" and "Track" map configuration options should be moved into submenus.

With the new custom style buttons and menus, I think these options would better belong as submenus off of "Electrification" and "Track" from the "Tracks" button. These options can then be removed from the map configuration dialog entirely:

Removal of the electrification and tracks configuration screens in #1097 and #1098.

The expandable submenu is not yet implemented, that could be nice if the tracks style menu becomes too large.
