This release mainly focuses on improving the mirror node's security posture. That includes bumping vulnerable dependencies, placing bounds on socket reads, tightening user input validation, removing unused code, and more. It's recommended that operators update their mirror node and keep it up to date in this evolving security landscape.

The /api/v1/network/fees REST API now conditionally reads the legacy 0.0.111 file or the new simple fees 0.0.113 file depending upon the user's requested timestamp. In the next release, the remaining REST APIs that still use the legacy fee schedule will be updated with similar logic.

Finally, our block node integration now uses the block node server status details API for querying available blocks.
