[Feature Request] Close to System Tray

Description
Add an option to minimize the application to the Windows system tray when the close (X) button is clicked (or when the Alt+F4 combination is used).

Proposed UI
Add a checkbox in "Window" settings labeled:
☐ Close to System Tray

• When checked: clicking the close (X) button minimizes the app to the tray instead of quitting.
• When unchecked: current behavior (app closes normally).

Motivation
This is a common feature in Windows apps that run in the background (e.g., Discord, Spotify).

@Xaklse, this is implemented on v4-dev in 86b07151.

Go to Settings > Window and enable Close to System Tray. X and Alt+F4 will save pending edits and hide PadForge in the tray. Use Show or double-click the tray icon to restore the window, and use Exit in its menu to quit.

The option defaults off and is independent of Minimize to System Tray. Both the checkbox and its tooltip are translated in all ten languages.

Issue #422 records the implementation and verification. No part of the request was deferred.
