Change data URI mime type to "text/csv". Add UTF-8 as specific charset to data URI. Fix for returning CSV and setting default URL. Fixes #20

Updated examples at http://jsfiddle.net/cqjvD/361/ and http://jsfiddle.net/7uLy3rs2/1/. Setting filename correctly on older browsers requires the updated csv.php. |

This updates the changes in #9 to check for existence of download attribute on and use the existing server-post if the download attribute doesn't exist.
Also adds support for a custom csv.php url.
