This view is intended to highlight a value and point to another value illustrating relation between them. Is is written entirely in Swift 2.2, Xcode 7.3. It is intended to be used in portrait mode only and rotation causes strange look of the animation during the rotation.

It is intended to be an illustration of an idea more than real implementaion.
