DocDiff does not print CRLF

DocDiff seems to swallow CRLF end-of-line characters in input text files and does not print them in the output.

Steps to reproduce

docdiff --format=wdiff test/fixture/{01,02}_en_ascii_crlf.txt

(The same applies to tty and user; manued and html do not seem to have this problem.)

Expected results

Hello, my name is [-Watanabe.-]{+matz.+}
{+It's me who has created Ruby.  +}I am [-just another -]{+a +}Ruby [-porter.-]{+hacker.+}

Actual results

Hello, my name is [-Watanabe.-]{+matz.+}{+It's me who has created Ruby.  +}I am [-just another -]{+a +}Ruby [-porter.-]{+hacker.+}
